*PLEASE NOTE*: Due to a record number of forfeits last year, there will be a fee for all matches forfeited. Forfeit fees are as follows:
6's = $30 | 4's = $20 | 2's = $10
These fees will be charged to the card on file and it will be the captain's responsibility to collect from their teammates.
REFEREE FEE:
During weeks 1-9, each team will be responsible for paying a $5 referee fee to their ref. This is due each week before your match begins. There will be not be any referee fees due during the 3 weeks of playoff games.
